External Hard Drive not being recognized by Asus
I recovered my data using the full version of M3 Recovery. :) A tech worked on it for five hours last night and couldn't open my files. He said that they would have a specialist work on my data today, and he spent about two hours fixing things. Thanks- Techques

External Hard Drive not being recognized by Asus
I was able to get some of my data to show up using m3, but it's in a folder called lost data. The files that I've clicked on won't open. Is there anything I can do to use the data? It says available offline.- Techques

M3 says it can't recover it. Easeus is working, but do I have to pay for that? It is working very slowly. How long does it take? Thanks- Techques

I tried to convert it to NTFS using Minitool Partition, but it says the data is raw. It also won't open in the E: drive. It says you need to format the disk. http://imgur.com/a/YU3cK- Techques

Thanks, I will try your solution later. I was quoting it wrong, because in my first post I was talking about what it said when I was in device manager. When I talked to Asus in their chat I said dynamic, and the person told me it was dead.- Techques
