    Definitely a CPU issue, one of your cores looks like it was pegged at 100% load or was at 100% very frequently while in game.

    It could most certainly be your CPU, the 860K is actually an outdated CPU by today's standards, and your paring that CPU with a GPU who's performance matches the flagship GPU at that time (860ks launch) the GTX 980.

    Anything below a 1070 really isn't good for VR at all, period. Unless you crank the settings to very very low settings to get that 90FPS in your games. So if you want to get VR ready, I'd recommend a GTX 1070 Ti and a 3770K if you don't want to switch to a new platform.
