    My Toshiba laptop with windows 8.1 is connected to a tv ( hdmi ).

    Under graphic options, panel fit, digital display I have only one option: center image. Therefore the image on tv is small. How can I get scale full screen or maintain aspect ratio options ? Do I need a new driver ? Thanks.
