I use PC-Cillin, and have since 1997. The current version works incredibly well, and the only thing I would improve on it is the way you can only get rid of one spyware file at a time. But I mostly use Spybot and Ad-Aware for that anyway. And Trend Micro definitely updates as often as anyone...
