    What you are doing wrong is not telling people your exact settings and not giving people a link to a small sample of your encoding so that they can see what's wrong with it.

    Go to OBS encoder settings and try qsv or nvenc so it uses your GPU and not your CPU for the encoding.

    Unless you are able to take the hdd out and connect it to a working PC I can't see any way to fix this. And even then constant bsod might be an indication of some hardware failure.
