Is there any company offering "pay" Ala-cart channel selection? Pay per channel. I don't watch 99% of the channels I have to pay for.

Is there any way of getting the following channels on my TV without getting them thru a cable company or a satellite company and paying for hundreds of channels that I'll never watch? It doesn't matter if they are not available on the day they originally aired. These are the only ones I can't...
