Ok, I tried my best to clean it out - the fan still remains super loud and permanently on. It stays off until my laptop reaches temps around 50C and then never turns off again. It actually seems like due to the fan constantly running my CPU overheats...

There is one vent on the bottom. There are no vents on the side - rather the side closest to the screen. I can feel some (very little) coming out of it.

Recently, the fan in my Asus X502c is really, really loud. It starts making a whirring sound from bootup and persists. This has caused it to overheat - temperatures 80+.

My wear level is 94% according to BatteryCare & HWMonitor - does this mean it will die soon? I have an Asus X502ca and have had it for about 3-4 years. Edit: On second look at the BatteryCare/HWMonitor statistics, I noticed something: It says my current capacity is 21319 but the TOTAL capacity...
