    is there any other way I can get it to turn on because I don't want to lose all my data? I put it into safe mode the other day but it never showed a safe mode message and thank you for replying.

    my phone will restart as normal but then it stops at the tmobile screen. I got it once into safe mode which helped nut I can't get it back to that mode or fix it. How do I fix this?
