Thanks guys, I got it, I didn't use the thermal compound, I applied the conpound on the new cpu, installed and everything works like a charm!

I replaced RAM, entered bios, everything is recognized. Boot home screen get to appear and shuts down. I will try next to put the os cd in the drive see what happens.
