Samsung needs to do a better job of incentiving people to bring it back. Free wireless charging station? A gear 2? Large discount on accessories?. It's a small price to pay to reduce bad publicity over a phone that technically is at a near six sigma quality level (5.56 sigma) and 100% yield.
