A side note, I've told it not to download on mobile data and it's still doing so, I just want to restrict it on mobile data

I was just wondering how I could stop my Samsung Galaxy S4 which is running on JFLTE-GPE to stop it using my data to do system updates. I have tried through the app OTA updates and SuperSU, I don't want to restrict background data entirely just the system updates, I've used a GB in 1 week

So I was wondering what the hell has happened to my SD Card. I have a lot of photos and photoshop documents on it that I need to recover. My laptops SD Card Reader can not even detect the SD Card and my camera says there is an SD Card error. Please help me to get this data off!!!
