    Windows recognizing headset speakers but not microphone.

    So I've been using my Xbox One ready headset since around Christmas and just found out that all this time Windows has been my webcam mic instead. Which wouldn't be a big deal...But it doesn't recognize that my headset has a functioning mic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
