Already Did it. The first step is to START IN SAFE MODE. And I can't. I'm still crying with the same situation.

Sorry but it doesn't work. Pressing f8 does nothing, i used an external monitor and it's the same situation. Sometimes when i try pressing F8 the cursor doesn't shows....

How do i go into safemode????

When i turn on my Acer laptop it shows the Acer logo loading for a few seconds then the screen goes black an it stays like that, it shows the cursor and i can move it but that's it. Can someone help me with this?
