    Laptop Inverter/Backlight Issue

    For the last couple of days my laptop screen is dark whenever I turn it on, although I can get the backlight to turn back on by pressing around on the area under the screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Edit: How much would an inverter replacement approximately cost?
