Thank you for your time. I had looked at a few of those already but didnt see the HTML one. I am not doing anything with html. I do use a VPN but this just started running so would mean they changed something, I will ask them. Again thank you for the feed back.

WinCache.exe is located in C:\Windows\appdata with nssm.exe and msvcr120.dll. WinCache connects to internet is that ok? Info I could gather on WinCache says for programers but I am not using any programing software. What is it, do I need it and is it safe? Thank you in advance
