    That is odd, the intel GPU is going to be the iGPU on die with the CPU. usually there is a way to toggle what GPU is being used through software or BIOS. I would expect the 960m could handle 4k

    The MSI gamings series are nice http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152947&cm_re=msi_ge62-_-34-152-947-_-Product GF has one there are not heavy at all, and it performs nicely, can play league of legends on high with 60+FPS(thats all she plays)

    Sudden decrease in Laptop performance

    Try running "netsh winsock reset && netsh int ip reset" from and admin level command prompt. Reinstall Browser.
