Some places, like Best Buy, can cut your full sized SIM card down to a Micro free of charge. I had that done for my SIM and it works perfectly in the 521.

I assume this is a question of "How do I unlock this phone?" First you say contacting the service provider is not an option...but then you did contact them? That's a contradiction. I'm not 100% sure what you are asking for? The T-Mobile pre-paid version comes unlocked (at least in the states).
