look at the photo here http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/8947/img0107zkd.jpg you have to slide off a small plastic adapter that is covering the standard SATA connectors. ( laptop makers use the adapter because it gives faster assembly ) underneath you have a normal SATA connections :)
