i also just found out that my computer is using the full 8 gb of ram when im just browsing and doing nothing. I tried Krojam cleaner but nothing happend

A week ago my msi laptop sunddenly became very slow and the fan is going crazy when i just watch a video. the laptop is like half a year old now. even when im just typing this the fan goes crazy I hope you guys can help me The specs are Intel core i7 4700mq Nvidea gf gtx 765m ram 8 gb
