hi guys , i bought new laptop which its model is asus N551vw , it works awesome but when i shut it down after working with heavy softwares it doesnt shut down and after 2 - 3 mins shows the blue screen which shows Power state failure ... and i tried safe mode stuff either but it randomly shows...
