    Hi, Thank you for your help, I have done what you said, it is still not charging. I did get in touch with ASUS, they could not offer any help other than tell me to get a new battery. This is so annoying.

    I bought this laptop 2 1/2 yrs ago, last week I started having problems with the charger, it is plugged in but it is not charging. What should I do? I am self employed and I need my laptop for work.
