i found the problem from a friend and it is underscan and overscan which can be found in the AMD catalyst

i am having problems with my new aspire v5-552, it fails to produce a good enough image to my toshiba tv. when it is turned into 3D by the tv it leaves false transparent edges right and left of centre in the image causing ghosting edging to images. i have no problem with my desktop with w7 so...
