    I cant turn VSYNC on! 770M!

    Same issue here I have a Toshiba qosmio x70 with a gtx 770m and have horrible screen tearing, turning on vsync makes all games completely unplayable even with 60 fps. Bumping this thread so someone maybe able to help.
