I'm currently using my TV (LG model 42CS560) as my monitor for my desktop and have been for about a year now. I'm running Windows 7 and through the Control Panel > Display where it asks me if I want to zoom the text I have it set to Larger 150%. This has been what I'm using and has been suiting...
