    my screen is still black even after pushing the reset button

    I have an Acer Aspire ES15 with the Intel CORE 13 inside, but the monitor is black. I tried pushing the reset button on the back but it still isn't working. Can someone please help me with this? It's my son's laptop for school and he needs it ASAP.
