    Unfreeze a cursor in the middle of a laptop screen

    My cursor is frozen in the middle of my Toshiba laptopscreen running Windows 7. I've tried FN/F7 & FN/F9. No luck. Also, my tab key & arrow keys don't work. My Toshiba is a Satellite C855-S5214.
