Barty thanks for quick response no I did not register it we have no problem with internet connection ?

i was given a fire stick as a gift it worked very well I paired it at our internet no problem we watched it a few times then on the screen it stated "there's another account registered to this internet address" turned it off to find out how to do this , when I turned it back on its dead no sound...
