I had the same bn etc key prob. I finally opened the 550 guessed that the widest ribbon was the keyboard which it was. Carefully pulled it out. Ran an eraser 1 time over the contacts. Put it back in.,keyboard perfect now. While I had the back case off. I took the opportunity to clean everything...
