    Laptop won't turn on flashing white charger light

    Hello! I have a hp laptop 2000, and when I plug the charger in with the battery, it has a blinking white light. Without the battery, it's just white. It doesn't turn on at all! Its been like this since May, I was doing a project and it just randomly crashed :(. Please help!!
