Thank you. This will be helpful for me to know in the future but for now since my laptop was purchased at Best Buy I brought it to them to run diagnostics to see if it is a hardware failure. I am able to load windows from a USB as long as I disable the gpu. So it might be a bad graphics card.

I tried a factory reset after being unable to get my video card working. Updating video card drivers wouldn't work. Stuck in loop and won't complete clean install.
