Hi my laptop got wet, I shook it a bunch of times to get the water out. Later it turned on but I think the usb and keyboard didn't work. Is this maybe just a simple fix?

I shorted out my laptop, I was trying to plug my headphones in the dark and it went into the usb port. When I went to turn it on, the fan starts the power light turns on for about 5 seconds, but the screen doesn't turn on. Then it shuts off and tries to start again, over and over. U my lap top...
