After all that it turns out it was the new central heating system. The pipes were making the noise not the TV! Thanks for the help anyway.

Hi again, I have now tried both sets of sockets in the room where the TV is located and it is still making the noises. It sounds like something is clicking inside the TV. It's very odd. Any suggestions? Thanks again.
