    Lenovo Thinkpad Logon Problem

    My Laptop is not giving me access to my data when I give my7 fingerprint. It says " The User Profilee Servise service failed the Logon. User Profile cannot be loaded". What can I do? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks / Udo from Durban
