I dont play league myself so i cannot give a certain answer but after checking the screen resolution of the laptop (1366x768) you may be able to max it out, and you may be able to get ok fps on arma 3.

it will run LoL but with dayz in alpha, the optimization is not there and with the game being a CPU intensive as it is its doubtful the laptop will hold up and arma 3 is more of the same though more optimized the game is heavy on the CPU that said it may be able to pull 30ish on lowest
