I Had the same problem with 40LD650. 1.Reason it's happening because the main processor joints to motherboard due solder balls. These tiny bumps of solder become brittle as exposed to extreme temperature fluctuation. But in my case it's was because of manufacture cooling issues. 2.Solutions...
