The Samsung has a better CPU and Windows 7 but the Dell has a higher resolution (1920x1080 as opposed to Samsung's 1366x768), a better graphics card and Windows 8. So if you want to game and/or want a sharper screen and/or Windows 8 the Dell will be better. However, if you want a better CPU...
