    You've just showed the processor and ram, but what about the gpu???? If there is no gpu, i guess it wont be able to run cs go at lowest of the lowest settings at around 20 fps (pretty unplayable) if there is any gpu you might able to play it on settings depending on the card.

    You cannot use it in creative mode.. most probably you are using it on creative mode. However , if you are in survival mode, just click on the crafting table after you have placed it somewhere. Hope this worked.
