My budget is Rs 50000 max but would like the cheapest thing as my requirements are not heavy

Can anyone please suggest Good laptop for my requirements? My budget is upto $800 I will be using it for web browsing, educational videos and pdf files, occasionally for light photo editing. Good battery life is required. May live with linux if windows not within my budget. Also please tell me...
