Um, I may sound silly, but WHERE are the answers gone?

Out of all of those, only the the HP Pav 15 has a decent GFX card. I'd need that for more, *modern* games, to put it... Can any of their processors/gfx cards be upgraded in the future? (I.E., are they soldered on?)

It isn't the memory effect because I use a Li-Ion Battery.. "Voltage Depression occurs primarily in NiCad batteries. NiMH batteries are almost never affected and Li-Ion batteries are NEVER affected." Anything else??

My HP Battery Rated at 10.8 volts is currently at 7.9 V and it doesn't charge. Is there any way I can get the voltage back up? If not, how can I fix it? There is nothing wrong with it, EXCEPT the voltage problem. Please HELP QUICK!
