Hi, I am the CEO and founder of V-MODA, Val Kolton. I won't be biased but I have listened and used both extensively, of course (for years in the case of M-100!). I'd add these differences to consider in the list: 1) M-100 is 3.5mm vs 2.5mm headphone port in earcup (make your own conclusions...
