@laptop_nerd Thank u for ur suggestion. After formatting it through troubleshoot option, laptop got reset. :)

I did restore to previous point for my dell laptop. It got restored, but after restoring it is showing just a moment blue screen with dots spinning from past 5 hrs. What can I do now? I tried shutting it down but in vain. It is not getting turned off. What should I do now to change it to normal
