Think that those are not compatible with pc. A difference in the 3.5 connectors. With the X-Box One all audio goes over the one port/connector,with pc it's devided over two. Might be that this could help since all audio goes over one connector...

Under "record devices" it's set as standard device? Look in the windows sound options.

You could go to the device manager when using the Hyperx cloud and right click it and remove it. Do a restart and see if it does better when reinstalled. Strange coincidence if it broke after the gpu change.

What if you use the basic driver in windows itself only? When installing Nvidia drivers there is a lot that gets installed maybe not needed.Try a reinstall with only "drivers+HD audio+Physics" via the advanced option (uncheck the rest,might even try without "HD audio"),can also check a box...

Deleted the AMD drivers with DDU? Make sure to select the AMD drivers,maybe after thet are gone use it on the Nvidia as well and reinstall those.

Best guess is that the modules,the new and the one already in the laptop,don't play together,means you have to return it and try another option.

Not an expert at all,but it sounds like someone has acces to your wifi/router and with that to your pc and other gadgets.Does this also happen if you disconnect the router?

In the partslist made by hwinfo is info about the ram as well,could maybe find a matching stick with that.Again whether they work together is a gamble.Buying 2x4gb would be a better option,or 2x8gb. Sets of ram are sold together for the reason that the maker is absolutely sure they work...
