    Google Chrome can't connect to proxy server and I can't change LAN settings. What do I do?

    You have to do nothing just follow the steps: 1) Go to setting of crome 2) click on show advance settings 3) scroll down the page to last and click on "reset settings" here you go, now close your browser and open it again .....hope this will help you..
