    Ok can you try WIN + R again, this time, launch cmd.exe with admin privileges, and run sfc /scannow in the command prompt? Maybe the antivirus wreaked something up. Hope this helps.

    Am I right to say that you want a camera that shoots 720p video with at least 480fps for slow motion? If so, why not just get a phone like the Sony Xperia XZ1? I don't know whats the price like over in your country, but I'd say its worth taking a look, considering it does 720p at 960fps Hope...

    How about a lenovo yoga 730 or HP spectre x360? I personally am a MacBook user, and have never used those two before, but do take a look. They looked pretty promising, at least online.

    If plugged into a PC, these headphone's mic won't work as it relies on the last section of the headphone jack. This last section of the headphone jack is grounded when plugged to a typical PC's headphone jack. You will need a splitter something like this...
