    You can see startup in registry or use hijackthis log so you will identify the path and delete registry using hijackthis and it will be solved

    I am using paid version of kaspersky because it keeps my pc virus free and I feel secure while downloading something

    I dont think its must for android device but you should install app which are from good sources only. Specially take care while you install apps from other places than google play store

    I would prefer to go with dell brand for reliable and cheaper options. They provides good support too
