Hi, seems like I have exactly the same issues on HP Elitebook 725 G2. I managed to mitigate it with disabling build in audio device in BIOS. However I'm not sure if it's audio device disabled the ASPM support on the PCI bus changes accordign to HWInfo report. So might be a BIOS or Drivers...
