    Solved! Dell new HD not loading after 5 hrs

    A Dell tech installed a new hard drive on my Dell Experion 13 7000 Series due to a fail. He said it'd take 2-3 hrs to load. It's been over 5. Is it working on it still or should I just turn it off and contact Dell tomorrow?
