    Windows 10 update and File Explorer hangs

    Thank you, Laptop Nerd, for the info. As it happened, last night the normal MS 2nd Tuesday update did process, though it took a long time. My computer now is working much better, not hanging up with file explorer and the update does show as it did before the recent problem.

    my windows 10 update seems stuck. have been using for months with no significant problem. also my file explorer started freezing up today.
