I have a pc that I haven't used in about 2 years but it is 5 years old and 5 years ago I could play the current games smoothly on medium to high settings. Its a Dell and that's about all I know could I upgrade it for around 100 dollars so It could run current games on medium settings. Or should...

I need help finding a new laptop that is under $400 that I can play games on at least on medium settings. The games I want to play on it are- Minecraft, Civilization 5, and Shogun 2 total war. If you can find anything for me it would be much appreciated.
