i5 4690k EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0 Yesterday, I was running games such as MGS V and Bioshock Infinite at a smooth 60 fps maxed out. Today, to my dismay, I load up MGS V and Im getting 30-45 fps. I load up Bioshock and 30-45 fps. I even try CS:GO and Im at 12-25 fps( I normally get 221-230)...
